미생물공학 실험 기구의 사용법, 멸균법, 배지 제조와 배양기술, 염색법, 생장측정법, 환경요인의 영향, 운동성, 유전자 조작 등에 관한 실험을 하여 미생물공학실험의 기술을 익힌다.

This course is intended to lecture on basic techniques for experiments in microbiology, including the use of microbiological instruments, sterilization, techniques for preparation of culture media, cultivation of microorganisms, staining of microorganisms, measurement of microbial growth, mobility, and genetic engineering together with influences on environment.
