본 교과목에서는 유전공학의 핵심 기술인 유전자 재조합 기술과 관련한 지식을 습득한다. 또한 형질전환, 재조합 단백질 생산과 분리, 유전공학 기술의 응용, 그리고 생물정보학의 활용 등을 다룬다.

Students will learn the knowledges concerning recombinant DNA technology which is a key technique in genetic engineering. This class covers transformation, production and purification of recombinant proteins, applicable field of genetic engineering technology and bioinformatics
