본 과목에서는 모든 생명체의 구성성분인 단백질, 탄수화물, 지질, 핵산 등의 분자 구조 및 기능이 소개되며, 나아가 생명 현상과 결부된 이들 물질들의 생합성, 분해, 생체 반응조절의 원리를 분자적인 메커니즘을 학습한다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course describes the molecular structures and functions of biomolecules such as protein, carbohydrate, lipid and nucleic acids that consist of all kinds of living organisms from single cells to human. In addition, students learn molecular mechanisms that are related with biosynthesis, degradation, and biological responses.
